House Rules
1. Purpose and scope
These rules govern the use of the YOURSPACE COWORKING facilities and are binding on all users, whether using a desk in the shared coworking area or a private office. Acceptance of these rules forms part of the space usage contract signed during sign-up.
2. Access and opening hours
Access to the space is via the digital access system (key.yourspace.work), for personal, non-transferable use. Each user is responsible for the use of their access credentials and must report any loss or misuse as soon as possible.
3. Desks in the shared area
A moderate noise level must be maintained to allow other users to concentrate. Calls or prolonged conversations should take place in the meeting room or the acoustic booths, not at the shared desks.
Each user must keep their desk tidy and remove their belongings and rubbish at the end of the day.
4. Meeting room
The meeting room is booked via the reservation board/calendar provided for that purpose, respecting the time slots and duration booked by other users.
When not booked, it may be used as a rest area. It must be left tidy and free by the time indicated for the next booking.
5. Acoustic booths
The acoustic booths are intended for occasional, short calls or video calls. They must not be used as a regular workstation or booked for continuous use, in order to keep them available for other users.
6. Kitchen area
The kitchen area has a table for eating. Please use it for meals, avoiding eating at the desks so as not to create odours in the shared area.
Each user must clean and put away utensils, surfaces and the refrigerator after use.
7. Private offices
Companies and users with a private office are responsible for keeping it tidy and clean and for the correct use of its furniture and equipment, as well as for complying with these rules in the centre's common areas.
8. Community and respect
Respectful behaviour is expected among all users and towards YOURSPACE COWORKING staff. Conduct that disrupts the community, damages the facilities or jeopardises the security of the space is not permitted.
9. Security and video surveillance
The space has an indoor video surveillance system, as set out in the Privacy Policy. Access to and use of the facilities means the user has been informed of this security measure.
10. Damage and liability
Any damage caused to the facilities, furniture or equipment through improper use will be the responsibility of the user who caused it.
11. Non-compliance
Repeated non-compliance with these rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension of access or, in serious cases, termination of the space usage contract.
