YOURSPACE began by looking at a family office differently: not as a closed workplace, but as an open base for working well in central Santa Cruz. Since 2023, every renovation has followed the same idea: more light, greater comfort, better acoustics and technology that makes the day simpler.

The space has 24/7 video surveillance and each access is logged with an identified user to reinforce the safety of people, equipment and shared areas.
Ergonomics at every workstation
We give ergonomics real importance: Nicea ergonomic chairs, adjustable desks, footrests, wrist-rest mats for keyboard and mouse, and a laptop stand at every desk, so you can always work with the right posture.

Electrical installation with a valid boletín eléctrico, compliant with Spain's low-voltage electrical regulations.

The entrance has three steps and currently no ramp. Write to us before visiting so we can confirm whether the access is suitable for you.

Digital access and entry control
Access is managed through smart locks via key.yourspace.work: each entry is logged with an identified user and we do not rely on physical keys that can be copied or lost.
Soundproof booths for confidential matters
Three soundproof booths let you hold calls, interviews and video calls with clients without your work or information being overheard.
Protected professional network
Network managed through the Omada system, with WiFi access controlled by a user account automatically generated after booking. In addition to the main fibre line, we have a satellite backup line with another provider and UPS protection to prevent micro-cuts or short electrical supply issues.

Digital Generation for SMEs (EOI)
Our management team completed the Programa Generación Digital Pymes (150 h) from the School of Industrial Organisation (EOI), funded by the European Union – Next Generation EU.
DIGINNOVA programme (ULL · ESF+)
We collaborate with the General Foundation of the University of La Laguna on the DIGINNOVA programme, co-funded by the European Social Fund Plus, hosting placements in innovation and digital transformation.
David and Charlotte, the founders of YOURSPACE.
YOURSPACE grew from an unusual mix: technology, handcrafted design and a very clear idea of community. David brings the technical and business vision; Charlotte brings sensitivity, detail and a deeply human way of shaping the space.
David Rodríguez-Pastrana
Co-founderRead their story
David was born in Barcelona and grew up in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. After studying in Barcelona, he moved to Vienna, where he worked as a ServiceNow expert and experienced remote work from the inside. That made him realise that a workspace should be more than a desk and wifi: it should help people focus, meet other professionals and feel part of something. YOURSPACE came from that idea: transforming his own office in Santa Cruz into a central, practical coworking space supported by smart technology. In 2026 he completed eadic and EOI's Digital Generation SMEs Programme (150 hours, co-funded by the European Union), covering digital transformation and AI, which he applies to keep improving the YOURSPACE community.
Charlotte Somborn

Charlotte was born and raised in Portugal and worked as a goldsmith in Vienna for 15 years. That craft background is visible throughout YOURSPACE: many choices in the atmosphere, furniture and visual details come from her eye for materials and precision. She came to Tenerife looking for more light, sea views and a life closer to the sun; at the coworking space she turns that energy into a warm experience for remote workers, international visitors and local professionals looking for a real community in Santa Cruz.
