Welcome to YourSpace – a place where work and community go hand in hand. We are David and Charlotte, an Austrian-Spanish duo that has created a unique coworking experience with passion and vision for the people of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and beyond.
Charlotte:
“I was born and raised in Portugal and worked as a goldsmith in Vienna for 15 years. Although I was passionate about my work as a goldsmith, I longed to live somewhere where the sun shines more often and I could see the sea every day.
When David asked me to move with him to Santa Cruz de Tenerife to help build YourSpace, I was immediately excited. Even though I miss my work, my friends, and my family in Austria, I’m glad I made this move. I contributed my craftsmanship to the project by designing many of the furniture pieces in the coworking space, and I especially enjoy focusing on the social aspect of coworking.
I feel very connected to the coworkers here, as many, like me, are looking for a place where they can not only be productive but also make new contacts and friendships.”
our story
David:
“I was born in Barcelona and grew up in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. After my studies in Barcelona, I moved to Vienna, where I worked as a ServiceNow expert at Crayon, often working remotely from home. During this time, I realized how important it is to have a workspace that is not only functional but also fosters a sense of community and connection.
That’s when the idea came to me to turn the office I own in Santa Cruz into a coworking space – a place that offers not just workspaces but also social connections and opportunities to interact with others. For me, work is not just a necessity to earn money – it should be an experience that contributes to a happy life.”

Charlotte used her craftsmanship skills to design many of the coworking space’s tables and furniture. The space reflects her creative spirit, with great attention to detail.

We speak German, English, and Spanish, making sure everyone feels welcome.
A Real Community
YourSpace is not just a place to work — it’s a hub for meetings and new friendships. In our spacious kitchen and lounge area, coworkers gather, exchange ideas, and build valuable connections.
our vision
What started as a small office has developed into a successful coworking space within just a few months. The demand was so great that we have already opened a second office. And that’s just the beginning: In 2025, we plan to expand the entire second floor of the building into an even larger coworking space with around 30 workstations, designed not only for working but also for networking, learning, and growing.
At YourSpace, we believe that work is more than just a job. It’s a place where you can unleash your creativity, connect with like-minded people, and experience a sense of community. Our goal is to create a dynamic, supportive, and diverse community – a space where both locals and internationals come together, learn from each other, and help one another.
Charlotte takes care of the design, organization, and customer service with love and dedication, while David is mainly responsible for the technical aspects, automation, and the bureaucratic side – always with a focus on making operations as efficient and customer-friendly as possible.
