WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?
We are in the center of Santa Cruz, across from Plaza España at Calle Bethencourt Alfonso 2, Trianón Building. Click here to open Google-Maps. You will receive a four-digit code to open all necessary doors, as well as a link to open the entrance door. After entering the building, our office is on the 6th floor. When you exit the elevator, we are on the left, the first door with the Coworking sign.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A COWORKING SPACE AND TRADITIONAL OFFICES?
Coworking spaces offer a more dynamic and collaborative environment with flexible workspaces and different types of memberships.
HOW IS THE INTERNET?
Our signal is 600 MB symmetric through the Movistar router, which is specially designed to accept many simultaneous connections and automatically connect with 5 and 2.5 GHz frequencies. The Wi-Fi network name is CoworkingTenerifeGuest and we will provide you with the access code, as well as the room codes, once your booking request is confirmed.
DO YOU OFFER A BUSINESS ADDRESS?
Yes, we have an initial fee so you can start your business with a well-located address. This allows you to impress your clients with a good business image, trust, and security, as we are located in the center of Santa Cruz. Use our address to receive your mail during working hours, plus 5 hours per month of work in the same room, depending on availability. This service is limited to letters, Google Maps, and Google My Business address, which we can also configure. For packages, call reception, or setting up sponsored ads on Google Ads, this is a separate service.
CAN WORKSHOPS OR TRAININGS BE HELD?
Yes, but only on weekends and subject to availability. We offer an open table for up to 8 people. The price depends on the number of hours and people upon request.
IS THERE A MEETING ROOM?
Currently, we do not have a meeting room. We have a private phone booth with a monitor for up to 3 people.
HOW SAFE IS THE SPACE?
We have an operating license and comply with all European safety standards (ISO 27001) and data protection (ISO 27701) and EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). More information at this link. After confirmation, we request a copy of the ID and a signature to ensure compliance with regulations. We have individual lockers with keys to store your belongings, security cameras that record 24/7 to avoid any incidents, safety extinguishers, and a first aid kit for emergencies during work.
WHAT sets us apart from other Coworking-spaces?
What sets us apart from other coworking spaces is our central location, which offers convenient access to public transportation as well as a variety of nearby restaurants and shops. In addition, the Valleseco seaside resort is just a 20-minute walk away. We also provide digital access and offer stunning views of the sea and Plaza España.
CAN YOU EAT, MAKE PHONE CALLS, OR SMOKE IN THE WORK AREA?
Eating is limited to the kitchen to avoid disturbing other coworkers. Phone calls are possible, as long as they are respectful and moderate; otherwise, it is recommended to use the acoustic booth. Smoking is currently not allowed, but you can use the terrace of the restaurant El Cambullón.
